SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.1 million sale of a 43,995 land-square-foot industrial outdoor storage facility in Santa Fe Springs, a southeast Gateway City of Los Angeles County. Christian Desnoes of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investment group, based in Los Angeles, in the transaction. Christian Desnoes and Andrew Defendis of Marcus & Millichap also procured the buyer, out of state Industrial Investment Company, Dalfen Industrial.
