Marcus & Millichap Arrange the Sale of Masa Trucking INC.,A 22,505-Square Foot Industrial Building

LOS ANGELES, CA, August 16, 2024 Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Masa Trucking Inc., a single-tenant, 22,505-square foot industrial property located in Los Angeles, CA, according to George Azzi, regional manager of the firm’s Los Angeles office.
