A 2023 graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Data Science, Charles began his career as a commercial real estate analyst focusing on multifamily properties. This experience allowed him to develop a keen understanding of analyzing and underwriting commercial real estate deals, equipping him with the analytical expertise needed to navigate the complexities of the market.
