Andrew DeFendis is an Industrial Commercial Real Estate specialist in the firm’s West Los Angeles office. He focuses his efforts on the industrial properties residing in the Gateway Cities of Southern California. Andrew represents a variety of private clientele stemming from different backgrounds, each having unique interests in Industrial Real Estate. This specific focus on private ownership has allowed Andrew to develop long-lasting relationships with his clients. Maintaining both a professional and personable attitude with his clientele is something that Andrew prioritizes above all else.

Andrew graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship. He has extensive experience in both Commercial Real Estate Development as well as Business Development. This experience allows him to effectively relate to all of his clientele, whether they are real estate professionals or small business owners.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap’s Los Angeles office, Andrew has quickly asserted himself as one of the fastest rising members of the firm. Shortly after joining Marcus & Millichap, Andrew achieved the status of “Pace Setter” which recognizes the best young agents in the firm. This award is seldomly earned and Andrew was the first person in over five years to receive it in the Greater Los Angeles area. Andrew has continued this tenacious work ethic throughout his career and does not look to slow down any time soon.
